Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the payment processing platform operated by Veliora Payments - FZCO ("Veliora Payments", "we", "us"). By creating a merchant account or integrating with our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any product-specific schedules referenced within your merchant agreement.

Access to the platform is subject to identity verification, business (KYB) checks and approval under our risk policy. We may decline or suspend onboarding for any applicant whose business activity falls outside supported categories, as described in our AML & KYC Policy.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business, ownership and banking information, kept current.
• Use the platform only for lawful, disclosed and approved business activity.
• Maintain your own compliance with card scheme rules applicable to your business.
• Cooperate with reasonable risk, fraud and dispute-related information requests.

Processing fees, settlement timing and any reserve requirements are set out in your merchant agreement or pricing confirmation. We may withhold settlement or apply a reserve where reasonably necessary to cover anticipated chargebacks, refunds or confirmed fraud exposure.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, a change in risk profile, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so. Either party may terminate for convenience on the notice period stated in the merchant agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of IFZA Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction unless a separate arbitration agreement applies.
